① When the machines arrive, you should ask for technical material first. After reading it carefully, you should inspect the external devices of the complete line: Check whether the component parts are all in readiness according to the detailed list of production, and record the accessories and the quick wearing parts on the basis of the manual for easy reference.
② It is necessary to use steel cable of high quality to lift the machine up or let it down, the diameter of which must be more than 16mm.
③ So as not to scrape the paint on the machine, we suggest put soft things (such as cotton yarn, rubber, etc.) between the machine and the steel cable.
④ The ground where the machines are mounted must be firm and horizontal.
⑤After placing the machines on the ground, the level in length and breadth should be rectified with spirit level. The variation in length must be less than 0.15mm/1000mm.
⑥The installation of every machine must comply with the following uniform requirement.
A. The working height of every machine must be the same;
B. The center of every machine must be on the same plane surface;
C. The installation distance should refer to the Lay Out drawing;
D. The working speed of every machine should be the same on the whole.
Completing the installation, the machine should be first checked whether all accord with the above uniform requirement. If sure, the new machines may be put to trial with weight empty.If there is not abnormal phenomenon in the process, the machine can be given another trial with weight loading. If the machine can run successively and produce the correct panel, then the installation is a success.
